My experience in management has been fruitful. I have learned that organizations and departments must work in conjunction with each other, and this cooperation needs strong managers with clear visions, who are able to successfully motivate and communicate to their teams 


I have used numerous technical applications to assist me with daily work task. From billing, collections to banking. I have always mastered whatever application i'm tasked to deal with. These application included  AAD, Icoms, CollectionMax, Debtnet  and many other over the course of my work history 


Over the last decade in the job market, if it is one skill that I have honed it is communication. From negotiating repay schedules with clients, or troubleshooting technical application with Phone, Internet and Cable. Or dealing with frustrated and difficult clients. Communication is essential, and I have mastered it.
