My work has focused on K-12 education and Higher Ed in technology, science, mathematics and secondarily in history. I am deeply interested in the use of technology for furthering learning and thinking. I am also interested in the benefits of closer relationships between Higher Ed and K-12.
Currently I am working with virtual worlds and simulations in K-12 and applying a systems approach to teaching, learning and organizational change. I am also working on informal learning opportunities that virtual worlds can provide and approaches to make these opportunities a reality.
