My responsibility is to ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively at all times and to conclude any other duties as directed to me by the Store Manager/Owner. In my role I am to live the Centra brand value and actively engage my team to do the same. This includes ensuring a good working environment exists within the store. The role requires good communication skills in order ensure staff members understand and implement required operating standards. Communications skills are also essential in order to provide the high standard of customer service required. I am responsible for recording and editing all in store radio adverts for local offers and promotions.

Head of Retail is a sports nutrition business partnered with the Ben Dunne Gym Group. During my time at I was tasked with expanding the business from one store to five stores. I was involved in creating and marketing the business name which included the branding of all stores with the business livery and logos. It was my responsibility to position the business so it had a strong online and offline sales presence. I was head of retail over five stores within the Dublin area as well as the online store, with a staff body of 22 working under me. I took charge of strategy planning for monthly Promotional Activity Cycles with our respective suppliers which included radio advertising on SPIN 103.8. I had quarterly sales targets to achieve for each of the five stores. It was my responsibility to work alongside the web developers in the build and launch process of, after and I was then tasked with content managing all aspects of the website and planning the iprotein social media strategy to drive traffic and sales to the website and stores.

As a Freelance Videographer/Editor I have filmed promotional video content for a number of nightclubs around Ireland. I have worked with sports nutrition brands such as Optimum Nutrition, and Nutrition X, to showcase the benefits of using their products. These promotional videos are mainly for use on the brands respective websites and social media platforms. I have also filmed and edited a number of wedding videos.

OYS Irish Regional Coordinator & Communications Officer

As the elected Irish Regional Coordinator of the Oblate Youth Service it is my responsibility to represent the views and decisions of the OYS Irish Regional Committee on the groups Provincial Steering Committee which oversees operations in both Ireland and the UK. I sit on both the Irish Regional Committee and the Provincial Steering Committee for the group. The key responsibilities of the role include working in partnership with the Oblate Youth Service Director and the Oblate Partners in Mission Director to coordinate OYS projects and activities. To uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of the Oblate Youth Service Constitution and to ensure that the good name of the OYS is maintained. It is my role to actively advise and encourage the OYS membership to partake in all activities and projects. As Head of Communications for the Oblate Youth Service it is my responsibility to manage all updates, development and content management for the groups website. I am also responsible for the groups social media accounts which include Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Youtube.
