Was responsible for overseeing program delivery, resource allocation and customer retention. Traveled extensively as programs were held across multiple states.
- Leadership: Led Live Operations team to deliver over 320 customized Medical Board live lecture courses to 50+ clients. Responsible for scheduling, staffing and day-to-day delivery of each course.
- Innovation: Worked with team to develop online-only media platform to innovate current product mix; new technology allows current and future students to experience an unprecedented combination of accessibility and convenience. Extensive review programs are now be accessible over the Internet.
