  • Spearheaded “special district” financing tool for a development that provided for non-recourse public financing in the amount of $4.5M.

  • Developed and refined a standardized financial tool used to make a “quick” analysis allowing for a preliminary projection in two hours versus the seventy-two hours previously required.Consulted other divisions in the usage of same.
  • Successfully prepared loan financing packages securing in excess of $30M in acquisition and development funding.
  • Acquired and developed company’s first community utilizing $3.5M bond financing for public improvements.

Full management responsibility for all land activities, including financing, acquisition, feasibility, entitlement, development, financial projections, budgeting and project scheduling.Prepared loan packages and managed bank relationships for acquisition and development financing.
