As an example the last two projects I have worked on required extensive research and national & international contractual negotiations, in which I was successful in acquiring territorial operational licenses for both product ranges. The businesses are based in Mining Services and new technologies for the Solar Collector / Panels industry.
As Owner and Managing Director I established a company within the mining services that focused on:
- Secured funding of $10M and leverage this out to $100M for mining services start-up
- Secured access to dormant leases and assets to re-process current holdings
- Imported new technology equipment to handle and re-process tailings
- Secured exclusive territorial rights to this equipment
- Negotiated contracts in the order of $3.5M with very beneficial payment terms
Contracted as a business consultant I turned around an underperforming company operation. (Secured a major share holding)
- In May 2011 I secured funding of $1M to fund the turnaround and expansion.
- Equipment secured accessing new technology introducing Nano Technology Inks and Ultra Violet Light Emitting Diodes’
- Secured exclusive territorial rights to this equipment
- Negotiated international and national contracts with attractive payment terms
- Other new technologies included sustainable Solar Panel Technology

Mscape had branches in San Francisco & Sacramento, California. The brief was to undertake a holistic review of all business systems and procedures. Then to submit recommendations for improvements, and implement recommendations.
