ROLE as Maintenance Supervisor

  • Organizing routine servicing schedules.
  • Proper planning and execution of manpower deployment for the respective jobs.

  • Overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule.

Mechanical Project Engineer


Excelled under the position of Project Engineer for    the project of Fabrication, Erection & Commissioning  of 450 m3 BLAST FURNACE & 75 m2 SINTER PLANT under the client Sea Sterlite Limited.

ROLE as Project Engineer                  

  • Fabrication of blast furnace structure like HBS, Chimney, Stand pipe, bunkers, hoppers, chutes, built up beams etc.
  • Fabrication and erection of Ducts, Miters, Reducers, Transition pieces etc.
  • Fabrication Planning and erection of equipment’s.
  • Calculation BOQ (Bill of Quantity) of items to be fabricated and makes it as the monthly INVOICE.
  • Conduct fit-up and weld visual inspection.
  • Billing inspection for fabricated items at site.
  • Maintaining record of daily manpower, issue of material to sub-contractor, preparing cutting plans etc.
  • Taking part in client meetings and updating clients with DPR (Daily progress report).
  • Preparing work orders and change in work order forms, Purchase orders for project needs.
  • Making presentations to clients on analysis reports, project scope description, budget estimates and company capabilities etc.
