Software Support Specialist
General Responsibilities :
- Install, configure and maintain application and database servers.
- Deploy applications according to release plan.
- Develop applications for integration points and batch operations.
- Analyze applications for security weak points, report dev. team for patching.
- Track down custumer demans and reported bugs in SLA time frame.
- Analyze data and report to customer.
- Test applications for performance tuning.
- Monitor appliaction and database server with monitoring tools.
- Give level 2 and level 3 support to projects.
- HOPE (Hukuk Otomasyonu Entegrasyonu Projesi)
- Customers : Avea, Türk Telekom, TTnet, Vodafone, Dedaş.
