Who is Chef Bob?
After recently winning 2nd place at the Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show's "Surf & Turf Chef's Competition" he has solidified his place as one of South Florida's most innovative, cutting edge, locally-focus Chefs. His new restaurant "Cypress on Ocean" in Stuart, Fl has won numerous awards (4, but who's counting) since launching June '19. He had learned from and helped opened a restaurant with Chef Allen Susser and he working as Freelance Chef on Various Motor Yachts. His passion for feeding people healthy food that sustains life has led his interests to range from Scuba diving for lobster and lionfish, to wild foraging native ingredients, to raw lacto-fermentation to house-cured Bottarga Di Muggine. While showcasing his talent through world-wide influences he seamlessly melds our native, seasonal offerings into culinary delight. "It's <3 @ 1st Bite!". STCW Certified!
