About Me

My name is Benjamin Spivey and I am an Accelerated, Accomplished and Assembled individual. I am an English major at Purdue University and will receive a Degree in May.I am willing to go above and beyond what is expected and will do whatever it takes to help my peers and myself succeed. In addition I feel that I am well rounded and can bring many things to the table. I am originally from Indianapolis, Indiana but I have been fortunate enough to travel to several different countries with my family for both pleasure and mission work with the Compassion4Kids Organization. I also help coach the Best Buddies Swim team and have management experience in the restaurant business. I have gained landscaping experience while maintaining rental properties in the summer time and have also worked as a display set up technician and warehouse associate. I have experience as a lifeguard and a swim instructor and have always been very active and interested in fitness. I am also a member of the Purdue Swim Club and Purdue Water-ski Team and have been an intramural champion three times while at Purdue. I am a hard worker and would be a great asset to any organization.

Dear interested party, Ben Spivey worked for me for two summers as a life guard at the Windermere Pool in Fishers, IN and during that time his performance was exemplary. Ben is an enthusiastic and personable individual who showed up for his shift on time and ready to work. He treated the pool members with respect and was attentive to their interests regarding the safety of every swimmer. There was never a concern for individual's safety from our end with Ben in the chair.I like Ben on a personal level and have enjoyed hearing about his progress in college through family members and social media. I would recommend him for consideration in regard to any position he may be applying for and would rehire him at a moment's notice if the opportunity presented itself. If you require any further information please feel free to contact me at (317) 710-0676.Best Regards, James B. LeeCPO/OwnerClearwater Pools LLC

1918 Dublin Ct. NEGrand Rapids MI 49505April 7, 2011To whom it may concern:I have known Ben Spivey for more than 10 years and have found him to be a caring, responsible and dependable young man. Through high school he was the one person I could count on to be at his post to handle the sound system for worship services at Geist Christian Church, Indianapolis. He also helped regularly with other media projects. Ben's concern for others was reflected in participation in mission work projects sponsored by the church.I confidently recommend Ben as a conscientious worker and leader.Rev. Neil E.
