About Bryce Stirlen

Registered representative Bryce Stirlen possesses more than 15 years of experience as a corporate finance professional and serves as a vice president of corporate and investment banking at the Chicago, Illinois, office of J.P. Morgan Securities. In collaboration with other members of the global corporate and investment banking staff, Bryce Stirlen carries out capital markets services on behalf of major international clients in the aerospace, defense, and diversified industrials sectors.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Securities, Mr. Stirlen served as a vice president in the Consumer and Retail Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In this role, he handled functions such as client relationship development, financial model design, and company valuation. He also assisted clients with divesting assets, issuing public and private placements, and executing mergers and acquisitions. Bryce Stirlen has also provided corporate advisory services as an associate at Huron Consulting Group, LLC, and conducted financial appraisals of portfolio companies for General Electric Capital Corporation.

After receiving a BA in economics from the University of Puget Sound, Mr. Stirlen completed an MBA with a concentration in analytical finance and strategic management at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. He has obtained both Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses.
