Director, Sales Support
Director assigned to provide marketing and sales support to a geographically dispersed sales team. Areas of responsibility include sales proposal/presentation process management, email marketing, social media strategy, marketing collateral development and demand generation initiatives.
- Led cross functional team in the development of inside sales strategy including process mapping and market segment identification
- Partnered with client development executive team to design, coordinate and execute demand generation campaigns targeting strategically important market segments (collateral development, direct mail, mass email)
- Key participant in execution of brand integration strategy relative to recent acquisitions; activities include internal and external communications, collateral rebranding, and tradeshow/event strategy
- Leading social media, email marketing and business development strategy for the healthcare vertical
- Process manager implementation of new healthcare contact database and integration with existing Salesforce.com infrastructure
