  • Managed 100% of 6 projects to successful completion in 2007 & 2008. Finishing an average of 3 days early on budgets ranging from $12,000 to $548,000.
  • Received a “Five Years of Service” award.

Full responsibility of 6 markets which included training independent contractors on proper delivery methods through PowerPoint presentations; Coordinated logistics of 3,200 – 780,000 phone directories to multiple warehouses; Submitted a weekly cost analysis and prepared a final report at the conclusion of each project to the Senior Manager; Developed and implemented innovative ways to recruit route delivery drivers, including contracting with local high schools and non-profits to deliver product as a fund-raising activity; Conducted project update presentations to various sales departments; Quality assurance of completed routes.
