Responsibilities: Managed sales territory primarily focused on lighting rep agencies, lighting distributors and electrical supply companies in the assigned territory. Managed and hired new rep agencies in the New York City, Philadelphia, and upstate New York regions. Achievements: Achieved sales growth in excess of 900% in New York and New Jersey region. Largest spike in LED Lighting and High Lumen T8 products. Grew the Philadelphia region by 56% by hiring a new rep focused on national account growth.

Eastern Regional Sales Manager responsible for growing sales of Edison based LED products. Territory coverage from South Carolina to Maine. Products sold were Par38, Par30, Par20, MR16, and A19 LED Lighting Products. All products were made in the USA and conformed to buy America standards.Responsibilities:Called on national account end users like Michael Kors, Four Season Hotel, Lohman Therapy Systems, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Delaware North. Set up network of lighting rep agencies from South Carolina to Maine focusing on channel development through growth in the lighting rep channel.Achievements:Grew sales from zero dollars in the sales territory to 850,000 at time of departure. Sales growth was largest in the lighting rep network. Established major network of lighting reps that included: Electrical Lighting Sales (NY&NJ), NE Light(MA&CT), Liberty Lighting Group(NJ), Diversified Lighting Group(PA&DE), Team Lighting(MD&NC) and Swaney Lighting(ME,RI,NH).

Targeted sales growth included a $1.5 million dollar order from the New York City Transit Authority.

Bryan Herity, of Morris Plains, New Jersey, is a successful salesman with 15 years of experience in product sales and management. Prior to his entrance into sales, he attended the Newark College of Arts and Science at Rutgers University. While at Rutgers, Bryan Herity was awarded the Benjamin Weissman Writing Award and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business.From 1997 until 2007, Bryan Herity managed two branch locations for Motion Industries. In his role as Branch Manager, he supervised a number of employees and customer accounts, which included major corporations such as Coca-Cola and M&M/Mars. Herity’s management and sales guidance allowed the two branches he oversaw to excel, with outstanding yearly sales and a steady growth in sales volume in his company territory, achieving $12 million in sales by 2007. He was recognized for his sales skills and integrity in customer service by his customers and product suppliers. For example, for three years in a row he received the Distinguished Branch Distributor award from SMC Pneumatics.Following a successful decade at Motion Industries, Bryan Herity shifted his focus to the growing areas of lighting and energy conservation. He first worked at Robert Lighting and Energy in New Jersey as National Account Manager. After three years of achieving increased sales there, Bryan Herity moved on to two years of similarly strong sales growth and success at LEDnovation. In 2011, he joined the team at Havells USA, where he acts as Eastern Sales Manager. Utilizing his many connections to lighting representative agencies, distributors, and electrical supply companies across the eastern United States, Bryan Herity continues to build an increasingly strong sales network for the Havells product lines.When he is not working, Herity spends time with his wife supporting the athletic adventures of his twin sons, primarily their love of ice hockey. Bryan Herity and his family are also involved with several charities, including Ed Randall’s Bat for the Cure, C.J. Foundation for SIDS, and Covenant House.
