About Bryan Bartlett Jacksonville

A resident of Jacksonville, Florida, Bryan Bartlett has served as senior vice president and partner with the Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group since 1999. An experienced commercial real estate advisor, he has brokered more than $750 million in leases and sales of buildings and land. Recognized as a Costar Power Broker of the Year for more than 10 consecutive years, Bryan Bartlett concentrates on investment, flex, manufacturing, and bulk distribution properties.

The recipient of a number of Jacksonville Business Journal awards, Mr. Bartlett is also a member of several professional organizations, including the Urban Land Institute and the Florida chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, where he served as both the sponsorship chairman and regional chairman. In addition to his professional work, he is an active board member of Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens and also works as a youth football and soccer coach for the Julington Creek Athletic Association. A graduate of the University of Florida, Mr. Bartlett continues to contribute to his alma matter as a board member of its MS in real estate program.
