Responsible for writing the business requirements for our applications platform.
Directed the priorities for emerging application capabilities.
Responsible for streamlining our applications development process further by consolidating some PaaS functions without our platform to reduce testing and development.
Further reduced our applications development process by formalizing some of our requirements for testing and deliverables.
After negotiating processes with partner organizations, we reduced application delivery from 12 months to 2-3 months depending on the complexity.

AT&T U-VERSE

Responsible for developing applications for AT&T U-verse.
Developed the applications for the Masters, World Cup, Olympics, as well as several of AT&T U-verse's flagship applications like Multiview.
Designed and prototyped the WAMS Platform to help deliver applications more rapidly.
Negotiated with partner organizations on process improvements to help deliver applications in a more cost efficient and timely manner.
