My earlier projects, where I acquired my skills within sales and business development, include:
Premier Mortgage Funding, where I worked as an Assistant Branch Manager. Within a few months, I grew our sales staff to 20+ agents and we generated over $90 Million per year in mortgage transactions.
Orlando World Center Marriott (the largest Marriott property in the world) where I first worked in Group Sales as a Sales Coordinator. During this time, we achieved a record breaking year where the property (group sales + F&B) generated over $250 million in revenue within a 12 month time frame. From there, I transitioned into Human Resources as a Training & Development Supervisor where I oversaw and facilitated all of the property's major training initiatives to all 2,000+ employees. Through this effort, we increased the property's GSS scores & overall level of service across the sales, events, housekeeping, retail, etc departments.
A national men's health clinic where I worked as a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast with a team that exceedingly progressed in our weekly and monthly revenue goals. From there I was promoted to Director where we then broke the daily revenue record , weekly revenue record, monthly revenue record, and annual revenue record . My department ranked #1 in gross sales and helped lead the company to $30M+ in revenue in less than 1 year.
