·Responsible for ~$100 million in revenue, and generated ~$25 million incremental sales over 3 year period despite volatile trading conditions

·Opened new markets, set up business operations and generated incremental sales in Saudi Arabia ($12 million), Nigeria ($3 million), South Africa ($5 million), and South America ($2 million)

·Developed new multi-million dollar brands (American Heritage and Hakeem’s Dream) which generated ~$7 million in incremental revenue

·Led all aspects of procuring and selling commodity ingredients

·Delivered key-note food industry presentations and expert panel representation

·Achieved diplomacy on the International Policy Committee of the US Rice Federation and the Business Council for International Understanding, forging relationships with US Ambassadors and Foreign Ministers

·Led $50 million bottom-line turnaround as a result of market segmentation, product metrification, effective advertising and improved controls on sales and capital project expenses

·Chaired the North American Financial Services Team for Mars, Inc., winning $100 million systems plan that facilitated ~$30 million in organizational and process cost savings

Re-engineered business processes, information systems and office services across the $2.6 billion pan-European snackfoods business (Mars®, Snickers®, Milky Way®, "M&M's"®, etc). Member of the French unit Management Team.

·Implemented new multi-lingual (SAP) system across 9 countries, improving revenue by >$20 million and reducing cost by $30 million

·Re-defined hardware platform strategy and communications infrastructure (email, video-conferencing, global desk-to-desk dialing) to radically improve office effectiveness.

  •     Appointed to special task force to consolidate the UK and European candy businesses, resulting in a total pan-European re-organization and $40 million in additional profit

·Re-engineered supply chain to dramatically reduce stock-holding costs by ~$10 million

·Developed state-of-the-art sales and marketing systems, for brand and account profitability, which reduced headcount and improved revenue opportunities
