Virtual Executive/Marketing Assistant to the CEO

Proactively manage the day-to-day needs of CEO to ensure she is prepared and organized for all internal and external meetings and events; including email correspondence,  calendar management, and any last minute tasks or errands.  Manage busy travel schedule including extensive air, hotel and global travel arrangements, planning itineraries as well as other related scheduling.  Review and process contracts and expenses while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Proofread and edit proposals, articles, bios, and marketing material before publication. Serve as liaison between the CEO and the board of directors.  Organize and plan meetings, events and conferences involving board, local committees and/or all staff meetings.  Research targeted audience of investors and develop direct marketing campaigns. Maintain detailed database throughout entire campaign to submit results for analysis. Record marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory. Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate departments. Prioritize conflicting demands; handle matters efficiently, anticipate needs, think critically, and follow through on projects to successful completion. Provide assistance with both professional and personal matters.

Responsible for the coordination of all calendars, appointments, travel, and meeting logistics for CEO. Effectively and efficiently handled all communication between CEO, employees, clients, and vendors. Maintained detailed records and organized data for all events, summarized details of all meetings, and responsible for the coordination of schedules among key team members. Ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to financial and personal information. Responsible for maintaining registration system for multiple, coinciding triathlons using systems such as J-Chip USA, Racemine, and Athletepath. Lead contact for all athletes and volunteers in regards to any and all questions and needs for registered event. Managed the logistics for all volunteer positions throughout events, which hosted between 1000 and 1500 athletes alone; with an additional several thousand spectators. Consistently met daily targeted goals while supervising the progress of employee performance. Tasks required ability to make split second decisions, ability to multi-task, and to have initiative to be a leader in stressful situations while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Co-Founder/Director of Non - Profit

TRI For Our Veterans, Sea Isle City, NJ (Seasonal)

Director of triathlon, which benefitted  two organizations:  Semper Fi Fund and VFW Post 1963.  Co-Founder of non-profit event, which raised over $200,000 for wounded veterans and the construction of new memorials.  Responsible for organization of event; which hosted approximately 2,000 people.  Worked in cooperation with local county and township officials, police force, mayor’s office, recreational department, and public works to ensure a safe and successful event.  Secured permits and insurance certificates in relation to the logistics of planned race course which had to adhere to USAT guidelines, as well as state and local laws.  Managed all finances, registration of 500 race participants, and solicitation of 100 % of donations and funding.  Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targeted quotas and revenue goals.
