Virtual Executive/Marketing Assistant to the CEO

Proactively manage the day-to-day needs of CEO to ensure she is prepared and organized for all internal and external meetings and events; including email correspondence, calendar management, and any last minute tasks or errands. Manage busy travel schedule including extensive air, hotel and global travel arrangements, planning itineraries as well as other related scheduling. Review and process contracts and expenses while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Proofread and edit proposals, articles, bios, and marketing material before publication. Serve as liaison between the CEO and the board of directors. Organize and plan meetings, events and conferences involving board, local committees and/or all staff meetings. Research targeted audience of investors and develop direct marketing campaigns. Maintain detailed database throughout entire campaign to submit results for analysis. Record marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory. Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate departments. Prioritize conflicting demands; handle matters efficiently, anticipate needs, think critically, and follow through on projects to successful completion. Provide assistance with both professional and personal matters.
