  • Manage supply chain, credit card and CRM applications for up to 25 concurrent projects while managing a team of eight. 
  • Train other project managers with ROM estimating and EVM techniques.

Sr. Software Engineer / Project Manager
  • Responsible for fixing data flow problems between SAP SD, webMethods, oracle systems and IBM iSeries involving the IFS integrated file system & embedded SQL.  
  • Managed cross-functional projects with web, mainframe, SAP R/3, Amdocs' Clarify CRM, legacy AS/400 and oracle systems.
  • Managed a government Program having 29 team members and multiple iSeries systems, to retain a $25 million annual contract. Other government projects resulted in a sales increase by $34 million over 3 years. Used EVM techniques to manage project costs and schedule.
  • Analyzed iSeries and oracle legacy systems for a gap analysis with the SAP CIC product. Gathered and wrote functional specifications for SAP requirements based on business needs concerning differences between the contract and retail businesses.

  • Led task force for the Clarify performance team to resolve slow system performance issues.
  • Managed application development and projects for 3-tier Clarify CRM application in which 1200 call center agents relied.  Responsible for the relationship with the software vendor, Amdocs. 
  • Set priorities based on ROI, budget, available resources and skill sets.  Determined accurate cost and duration estimates for projects of up to $400k.  Project manager for multiple projects and two Programs.  Managed project risks. 
  • Managed six multi-discipline team members plus consultants that performed extensive customization of Clarify CRM software with near real-time integration to iSeries programs. Conducted annual reviews and planned staff's training schedule.

  • Supported AS/400 applications: order entry, customer and contact maintenance, drop ship order, and item setup.  Set project priorities based on ROI and resource availability.  
  • Led AS/400 projects having a budget of up to $100k.  Project lead, architect, and developer to capture custom imprint orders to increase sales by $6 million.  Met a tight schedule constraint due to catalog release.  Implemented newer technology such as AS/400 email capability.  Managed AS/400 customer service and merchandising applications and projects.

  • Using AS/400 APIs, created a database of program, file, and field use. Constructed an RPG ILE data extract to be downloaded to a data warehouse.
