Experience includes opening three businesses in different industries.   An E-Commerce site,Retail, And warehouse/Delivery company. I have managed a staff as large as 75 people. Thirty-eight direct reports. • Analyzed, researched and streamlined repair service call process resulting in a 99% 1st call completion rate and raised customer satisfaction from 85%. • Mapped out daily delivery routes maximizing toll roads lowering cost by 30% and fuel consumption by 25%. • Market researched (life span, reliability, interview current operators, site visit) extensively service vehicles & industrial lift trucks and negotiated 4 leases. • Saved $24K by effectively negotiated for two delivery vehicles. • Updated inventory cycle count from manual to bar code technology raising the level of accuracy to 98% from 90%.
