Brianna Freeman

Current Gap Inc. Assistant Manager

My name is Brianna Freeman and I am currently employed with Gap Inc. I have worked in the Las Vegas Premium Gap Factory store since 2012 and have had several opportunities to grow within the company. Starting out as a sales associate to soon be promoted into a leadership position as the Stock Supervisor in 2014. I had the opportunity to grow and develop my leadership skills and understand the key to creating a successful team of individuals to complete all back of house processes. During the 2016 holiday season I held the acting Assistant Manager position which then became a permanent position in March 2017.  I've been given the opportunity to fully engage with the customer and increase my success as a leader on the sales floor to help drive sales and create positive metrics. Being in several different leadership positions I have learned how to grow and develop others as well as create a positive work environment for both internal and external customers.
