  • Find, secure, and process new international candidates, and guide them through licensure, and credentialing.
  • Lead candidates through US Immigration, including petitioning, embassy visa process, and compliance with all international and national employment regulations. 
  • Influence and monitor changes to immigration policy, develop impact analysis to quantify overall effect of changes on GHG's business.
  • Orientation, placement of new hires with client. Serviced more than 50+ placement contracts. 
  • Manage overseas offices and recruitment agents in Asia, India, and Europe.
