Account Sales Manager
1. Order management Monitor the order management process, ensuring customer orders are accurately entered in ERP system and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
2. Demand fulfillment Drive internal activities, to provide benchmark levels of supply assurance by understanding customer demands, internal supply capabilities, and coordinating activities to meet customer demands.
3. Customer service Develop and maintain a professional and positive relationship with key customer contacts and counterparts in Account team, Business Lines and Support teams at all time.
4. Strategic planning Develop and present supply chain performance, process improvement, and strategies to both internal and customer leadership.
5. Leadership Build, develop and motivate a team of highly effective supply chain team members through hiring, training, coaching and performance management.
