Selected Contributions:

• Redesigned the outsourcing supply chain processes and flows to ensure the efficiency of product delivery. It controls the entire system through integrated material & production planning.

• Enlarged the production capacity to achieve 150%+ within one year. Met and exceeded all production planning targets in 2010.

• Introduced MS-Excel training programs that enhanced employee performance and helped build a significantly motivated workforce.

• Managed mass production outsourcing contracts with GC manufacturing contractors as well as RMA agreements with repair service providers worldwide, such as Siemens AG and Celestica Inc.

• Contributed to the analysis, design implementation and testing of system requirements. Developed system documentation as well as user training materials. Performed database administration and data integrity audits.
