  • Responsible for 24x7 Global Data Center Operations to support the Firm’s Information Technology. Directs Global Network and Data Center operations. Acts as a liaison between engineering, operations, development, and outside vendors in the areas of provisioning, networking, change, capacity planning, modifications and troubleshooting. My experience at the WWE touched upon most areas of IT management, including budgeting, procurement, contract negotiation, team and staff development, workflow, business process reengineering and strategic business planning. Developed a superior record of delivering simultaneous large-scale-highly visible, projects on time and under budget including WWE.COM, EMC SAN, Centralized Backup and Disaster Recover, Remedy Helpdesk System, Active Directory and Exchange 2000 Design and implementation, and Desktop Standardization.
