Job plan creation on small and large scale maintenance projects on Dixie Pipeline assets between White Plains, GA and Apex, NC. This process involves scope and objective development, project scheduling, review of applicable safe work practices and regulatory compliance (DOT, PHMSA, OHSA), permit issuance, technical resource acquisitions (vetting, logistics and scheduling), detailed procedure production (in compliance with applicable Enterprise Products policies and procedures), plan distribution, project execution, and pre/post project reviews with affected stakeholders.

Inspect, assess and plan remediation on identified pipeline anomalies

Monitor and direct contracting crews in coordination with the Asset Integrity Group for inline inspection runs, coordinate with AIG on post analysis actions.

Attend GA, SC and NC utility coordination committee meetings and local emergency planning meetings as a representative of Dixie Pipeline Company.

Actively participate in the training and education of emergency response personnel on reacting to a Dixie Pipeline related event.

Coordinate with EPCO land management group and designated land liaison to effectively and efficiently resolve any land related disputes as they relate to Dixie Pipeline operational activities.

Coordinate with EPCO environmental group to ensure necessary permitting is acquired prior to project initiation in any environmentally sensitive areas. This involves reviewing the Army Corp or engineering's design proposals and determining whether our contractors can comply with supplied specifications.

Coordinate with the Dixie Pipeline Company's engineering group on design proposals and component specifications and follow up with suppliers on production and delivery expectations.

Review historical project expenditures and complete forecasting analysis based on planned activities and supply output on demand.


Utility Technician

Dixie Pipeline Company

Locate the DPC asset as needed and monitor and direct contractors on excavations and line crossings.

Conduct routine inspections of the DPC ROW to ensure unauthorized excavations are mitigated.

Coordinate with aerial patrol to address encroaching landowners, contractors and federal agencies who may be working within the DPC ROW without consent and notify appropriate parties of state and federal laws pertaining to unauthorized digging.

Primary representative of DPC in all GA and SC Utility Coordinating Committee Meetings. Attend, participate and promote awareness in damage prevention meetings.

Interact with landowners, contractors and federal agencies on issues pertaining to the DPC asset and ROW.

Analyze product to ensure it meets spec by using the following testing methods(Specific Gravity, Vapor Pressure, Copper Strip Test, COS Test, and Volatility.) M

onitor terminal equipment during operational activities to ensure that abnormal operating conditions are mitigated.

Gather and organize measurement data, including meter counts, and mercaptan inventory and utilize the appropriate software to analyze the output.

Maintained the Membership and Billing ticket management system built on an MS Access platform using Visual Basic and mainframe emulation software(IBM Reflections).

Led and designed a major effort to convert two large scale legacy ticket tracking systems into a single modular entity to maximize process efficiency and expand reporting capabilities which involved writing/modifying/testing complex conversion logic to ensure adherence to requirement specifications-concurrently accessed by 50+ end users.
