Director of Sales and Business Development
• Ensure that strategy and business aims are aligned with commercial strategy. • Manage sales pipeline and close business deals. • Participate in program development for consumer and corporate wellness channels. • Develop and execute compelling program initiatives, including wellness chats and intimate-setting exclusive member dinners. • Develop marketing literature. • Review customer feedback and suggest ways to improve processes and service levels. • Organize and conduct regular front-office staff training, and annual performance reviews.
