SUMMARY

I am a diversely experienced equipment operator specializing in maintenance of way, derailments and new construction in the railroad industry. I have a good amount of experience with most railroads and thier procedures, rules and radio etiquette. Especially class 1 railroads. I am familiar and accustomed to running track protection in order to protect contractors while working the right of way and am USOR and G-Core qualified. I also have a class A CDL with roughly 13 years experience with everything from tankers to hauling heavy construction and maintenance of way equipment. I am often the only representative that the company i am employed by has present in the field and have became very good with communicating with the people i am reporting to and the customer we happen to be serving at any given time. I am used to part of my daily responsibilities being an extensive amount of paperwork from reporting any kind of production for the day to filling out mileage reports, time sheets, field production reports, expense reports and a multitude of other standard paperwork as well as a multitude of standard business tools such as MS Office, MS Word, Excel, etc, etc. I have on the othee hand grown tired of the inability to have a home life and am eager to learn new skills in my mission to be at home more.

 I was responsible for running track protection to allow contractors to safely work the right of way.
