Rewrote ISO documentation for the initial purchasing department. Improved the financial forecasting for the plant and increased communication with Marketing and Sales. Implementation of i2 demand planner "on top" of SAP.

Responsible for inbound material flow of 600M USD TV plant with around 100 truckloads a day. Implementation of new delivery concepts like delivery to belt, vendor managed consigned inventories, self-billing, resident supplier quality and logistics and others. Closed 2001 and 2002 with as little as 2 days of inventory. Ranked up production of PTV (Projection Television) in 2002 succesfully in time and volume, where 55% of assembly was outsourced to a partner vendor. Rewrote ISO for procurement department. Fierce enforcement of stretched payment terms facilitated achieving negative Nett Operating Capital (NOC) where suppliers basically finance the whole operation. Reduced headcount from 7 to 4 buyers entirely through optimization of processes.
