Brett Chepenik founded and serves as President of Timed Exercise, an online fitness program with two physical locations in Jacksonville, Florida. Since 2009, Timed Exercise’s guided workouts have helped men, women, and children of all ages achieve optimum wellness. Brett Chepenik holds experience as a respected fitness instructor with national exposure, having trained professional athletes involved in sports such as soccer, football, and golf. In 2004, Mr. Chepenik garnered “Up and Comer” status from the Jacksonville Business Journal, a distinction recognizing his efforts to better local communities and businesses.A visible figure in the personal fitness field, Brett Chepenik has appeared on Golf Channel as well as in numerous periodicals on local and national levels. He serves on the advisory board for the Heritage Institute’s Personal Training School in Jacksonville and teaches as a fitness personality on FOX Broadcasting Company’s WAWS affiliate morning show. Furthermore, Mr. Chepenik recently earned a position as a personal trainer for the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists.While overseeing operations and planning strategic growth at Timed Exercise, Brett Chepenik actively contributes to a variety of charitable pursuits. He gives to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Boselli Foundation, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children from high-risk neighborhoods. A three-time heavyweight wrestling champion at Atlanta’s Emory University, Brett Chepenik graduated with a business degree in 1997. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, visiting the beach, and captaining several local adult soccer teams.
