• Short term contract from Sasol to run a trial project for the palletising of coal through chain grate stokers for use in burners as a heat source.
• Repairs and servicing of earthmoving equipment and small construction equipment
• Performing scheduled maintenance services, oil changes, lubrication and engine tune-ups on heavy plant machinery

• Compiling lists of prospective customers and equipment by using trade directories and other sources for the mining, petroleum, power generation and engineering sectors.
• Regular visits to prospective mining, engineering and industrial businesses, to establish and act on selling opportunities

• Monitoring customers changing needs and competitor activity, and reporting on these developments to sales management;

• Follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products purchased, and arranges modifications or other remedies needed
• Liaising for projects and providing technical support, arranges the installation and testing of products or systems
• Attending trade shows and presenting live demos to attendees and researching potential target markets for products and services
• Assigned the Sub-Sahara Africa region to organize and run trade shows (Zaminex), Zambia
• Sales presentations and help assess customer requirements and business needs as they relate to their companies software, machinery and material handling equipment

• New business development for Hankison compressed air filtration / drying equipment to Sasol, breweries, steel industries, power stations and other industrial / engineering companies.
