Responsible for identifying top talent for Glanbia Foods, Glanbia Nutritionals and South West Cheese salaried positions throughout the United States facilities. My previous experience in Lean manufacturing and process improvement role with Glanbia has been valuable to me as I understand how the plants function and the importance of finding the right person for the role.
