Marketing responsibilities for John Deere Credit's U.S. and Canadian operations. Member of Senior Management Team for John Deere Credit.Pricing, product development, market research and analysis, advertising and communications, call center support, e-communications, strategic marketing, go-to-market tactics.Researched and created customer and channel focused value propositions. Generated over $200 million in annual incremental sales through direct marketing efforts. Increased finance market share against competitors with lower pricing by creating and delivering upon a deeper understanding of customer and channel needs. Created a direct marketing "center of excellence" which became the hub of Deere and Company's direct marketing activities for the U.S. and Canada.

An accomplished executive, Mr. Brent Rippentrop recently retired from his position as Vice President of Marketing for John Deere Credit, a division of Deere & Company. Employed with Deere & Company, Brent Rippentrop contributed significantly to the growth and success of the company through a number of unique initiatives, including the establishment of a direct marketing “center of excellence,” the hub of Deere & Company’s direct marketing activities for North American operations. As Vice President of Marketing, Brent Rippentrop managed a large staff of 100 employees and a significant budget.

Prior to becoming Vice President of Marketing for John Deere Credit, Brent Rippentrop served as Director of Marketing for Sunstate Equipment Company. In this position, Brent Rippentrop helped Sunstate implement high-level strategic growth initiatives as part of the company’s senior management team and board of directors. Brent Rippentrop also formerly served as Director of Rental Marketing for John Deere’s Construction and Forestry Equipment Division. In this capacity, Brent Rippentrop effectively managed relationships with Deere and Company's major customers in the fast-growing construction equipment rental market. Brent Rippentrop held numerous additional positions with Deere & Company, including Director of Business Development, Finance Manager, and Financial Analyst. 

Completing 29 successful years working with Deere & Company, Brent Rippentrop transitioned to RSC Equipment in February of 2010. Acting as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for RSC Equipment, Brent Rippentrop oversees the fiscal operations of the Arizona-based equipment rental company.

Before beginning his career, Brent Rippentrop earned his Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business and Accounting from Iowa State University. In addition to his formal education, Brent Rippentrop has completed a number of professional development training programs, such as the Global Leadership 2020 Program at Dartmouth University’s Tuck School of Business. From 2004 to 2008, Brent Rippentrop served on the Board of Directors for the American Financial Services Association.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Brent Rippentrop enjoys playing golf, reading, participating in church activities, and spending time with his family. Brent Rippentrop currently resides in Waukee, Iowa.
