Throughout his career in medical device sales, Brennan Marilla has met and exceeded revenue goals while expanding product market share. He entered the industry in 1992 in a sales position with Novartis Pharmaceuticals, where he stood out as recipient of the Circle of Merit Award for outstanding results the following year. Brennan Marilla then moved on to a similar role at Angiodynamics, at which he led his territory from lowest to highest sales results in his first year. Representative of the Year for two years in succession, he soon advanced to a regional manager position and continued to achieve top sales results.
Brennan Marilla later transitioned to a sales role with Medtronic Cardiovascular. There, his continually outstanding sales record and success in introducing new products to market led to him regularly advancing through management and directorial roles of increasing levels of responsibility. As global director of marketing for the company's endovascular line, he guided the launch of the Medtronic’s most profitable product line that year while expanding European thoracic sales by 92 percent via a single product.
Brennan Marilla left Medtronic as vice president of US endovascular sales. In his five years in this capacity, he significantly drove market development and sales through major organizational expansion. Mr. Marilla then went on to serve as vice president and general manager of endovascular products for Covidien Vascular Therapies, where he has exceeded sales forecasts and driven growth across product lines.
