I am learning how to be adaptable, how to multi-task, and how to problem solve on my feet while being as efficient and creative as possible. I am learning to do a task with a few movements as possible, in the quickest time possible while producing a top-quality item. I bake lots of cookies, cakes, cupcakes, and I do finishing work on desserts and pastries. Plating desserts for customers who are ordering in is one of my favorite tasks. Production is my strong point, followed by my creative imagination.

Final presentation cake, chocolate hazelnut crunch base, milk chocolate mousse, chocolate roulade, and a strawberry fruit puree insert, covered perfectly with chocolate mirror glaze.
Cinnamon and dark chocolate rolled truffles accompany the bottom heart, and passion fruit pate de fruit accompany the middle heart, with isomalt gems scattered on the table.
