  • Responsible for managing core business and operational development functions including purchasing, human resources, finances, events and corporate marketing.
  • Championed the development and launch of new subsidiary company and full IP Video/IPTV product line.
  • Orchestrated successful corporate re-branding campaigns including new website, advertising, print collateral, tradeshows, case studies and signage.
  • Handled allocation of $500,000 marketing budget, including advertising, print collateral, tradeshows, seminars and services from advertising company and website optimization company ensuring top quality while consistently coming under budget.
  • Managed over 30 tradeshow events yearly including: budget preparation, pre-event logistics, exhibit design and event marketing as well as analyzing ROI results.

  • Directed all areas of financial reporting from review of original account entry to budget preparation and analysis, responsible in managing AP/A and inventory. Maintained and updated personnel files including wage and salary information, performance reviews, employment regulation compliance, payroll processing, and employee benefit program administration.
