·Reviewed employee handbook with new hires to ensure that the company’s policies and procedures were understood and followed.
·Performed exit interviews for employees leaving the organization.
·Actively coordinated, planned, and participated in the annual on-site health fair for CMA CGM.
·Spear-headed the implementation and maintenance of the organization’s HRIS system
(Sextant) located in Marseille, France.
·Maintained HRIS database, ran ad hoc reports, prepared weekly and monthly HR reports as requested.
·Maintained, verified and audited I-9 forms on continuous basis for new hires and current employees.
·Other duties and special projects as requested.I.e. tuition reimbursement program, provide output of reports, administered service and award program, coordinated associate activities.
