Hired new personnel, when needed, to make sure all the representatives had as few open slots daily as possible to maximize production.

I implemented available systems and resources to keep the warehouse neat, clean, well-organized and most importantly a safe work environment. I loaded and unloaded trucks in the shipping bay. Located missing, misplaced or mislabeled parts within the warehouse and labeled or placed them in their corresponding or primary locations. Inspected parts received in for damage from transit or manufacturer defect. I received in daily shipments from couriers and distributed them among the recipients. Completed necessary paperwork correctly and on time. I also continuously scanned the dynamic environment for any opportunities or threats to insure a full and productive day.

Started as a sales representative and with in 4 years moved up the ranks to GM. Managed a team of 20-30 sales representatives. Ran day to day operations, which included, two daily motivational sales meetings. All necessary book work and paperwork. Logistics and shipments to and from corporate offices. Placed specific ads to staff the office  and sales team with new personnel. Did a daily sales report and submitted it to the CEO. Implemented new systems to be more productive and time efficient such as scheduling and bonus compensation plans. Boosted morale with family orientated recreational activities on holidays and other days of recognition, i.e. milestones and celebrations.

Well versed in technology and computers. Network setup, troubleshooting and diagnostics. Word, Excel, as well as virtually all MS Office programs and applications.

Works well with others and follows directions.

Experience both in working as a team and being self motivated. I welcome either experience.


Very familiar with how production and manufacturing processes work. I have the ability to learn quickly while being efficient and effective.

Fork Truck

Many years experience driving all types of forklifts/forktrucks in a factory/warehouse environment. I was not state certified but have been certified by companies I've worked for.

About Me

Father of four beautiful daughters. Ages range from 15 down to 5. I like to try and discover new things. I'm not afraid to fail. I ask questions if I dont understand. I'm also loyal and passionate when I get engaged with a company or endeavor. Hobbies include racing street stocks and late models on an asphalt oval track. Fishing, camping and anything outdoors. Music is a big love and also enjoy spending time with my family. If you provide me with an opportunity I'm going to take the ball and run with it.
