Brad Roos is a proven executive leader of international businesses, and has a long term record of success within the professional service and consumer product industries.His global experience focuses on the world’s largest retailers and commercial firms.Over the past twelve years, Brad has led multinational business units across 32 countries while based in Singapore, the United States, Hong Kong and London.

Over the past five years, Brad has served as a company executive officer and Division President, Europe & Asia-Pacific, for PRG-Schultz International, responsible for $60m revenue and over 450 personnel.As a public professional service firm, PRG-Schultz (NASDAQ : www.prgx.com) is the largest business-to-business transaction assurance professional service firm in the world.Under Brad’s leadership, the European division delivered a major financial turnaround, and the company was featured in a documented case study at the Harvard Business School: European losses of $5m in 2005 were converted to profits of over $5m in 2007, increasing by a further 40% to over $7m (approaching 20% net operating margin) in 2008.Cash outflows were also converted to significant positive cash generation during the same period. Following the turnaround,the Europe & Asia-Pacific teams drove revenue growth two years running by; expanding the business model to new service areas; creating focus on core clients resulting in 100% client retention; and acquiring a majority of the retailers not previously serviced by PRG-Schultz (from 60%share to circa: 75%) Prior to PRG-Schultz, Brad spent fifteen years at The Coca-Cola Company, both in the US and Asia, holding a number of general management positions.Most recently, as Vice President, Coca-Cola Far East Ltd. based in Singapore, Brad maintained full P&L responsibility for four bottling operations, board member of two, and was accountable for all sales, marketing and operational plans, leading a team of 2,800 employees in Indochina.
