He strives to defend Illinois companies and individuals brought to court for alleged intentional torts and accidental negligence. Over the past 16 years, he has led Mordini & Schwartz in bringing hundreds of cases to verdict throughout northern Illinois. Mr. Schwartz works closely with clients, consulting with and advising risk management professionals and insurance carriers. Bradley Schwartz attended the University of Kansas, Lawrence, pursuing a B.S. in Journalism and Public Relations. He was active with the campus radio station KJHK, serving as Director of Special Features and subsequently as Station Manager. During his time with KJHK, Mr. Schwartz earned a number of production awards from the Kansas Association of Broadcasters. In 1989, he entered the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, earning his J.D. two years later. A former Chairperson of the Chicago Bar Association’s Municipal Practice Committee, Mr. Schwartz regularly speaks on trial matters at bar association seminars. Bradley Schwartz maintains membership in the Defense Research Institute, which represents the interests of over 20,000 U.S. lawyers and corporate counsel.
