I admire those that look to sustain and improve the environment.  I hope to reflect this fondness in my choice of employment.

I enjoy exploring the world by traveling overseas or backpacking and camping in wilderness areas.

Cooking, fitness, nutrition, and reading both non-fiction and fiction are a few of my other interests.


My most recent position was an administrative assistant for a non-profit company. TEPHINET had a small office and I often worked on projects without direct supervision. Pier 1 imports provided me with great retail and management experience. Training incumbents became my favored role and also helped me fine-tune my communication skills. I am very interested in green jobs and companies committed to helping sustain the environment.


To obtain a job in the human resources sector, mainly compensation administration.  I would like to be able to incorporate my knowledge of Spanish in the work place.

I believe that a person needs to be centered in mind, body, and spirit in order to contribute positively to an organization.

I recently completed a compensation course and am fascinated with the field. 

The practices I have learned will be beneficial in building a compensation system. I am confident they will aid me well in my future career.

I am fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken.  I learned the language while studying abroad in Vilanova, Spain in 1999. I try and keep the language familiar by reading newspapers, watching videos, and speaking with friends as often as possible.
