Started off as an Installer/Team lead 

Discussing with customer on how to properly insulate their properties  

Making sure we had enough supplies on hand

Properly inspect and clean up after installation 

Managing all customer needs and complaints

Preventative maintenance of equipment at base and on site support 

Meet with salesman on site to assist in customers needs

Eventually got promoted to scheduling all other insulation crews

Experience with siding, roofing, flashing, leak repair, proper venting, light electrical, pipe and wire running, concrete, drywall, carpentry etc  

Setting Agricultural field tiling

Running heavy equipment (excavator, backhoe, dozer, trencher etc etc)

Maintenance on all equipment

Ensuring on time completion

Work in the machine shop creating or modifying tools to better fit our needs (lathe,mill,plasma cutter,buffer, wire welding)  

Run and operate my own start up

Create custom and one of a kind creations while still keeping the heart of the original design in mind

Impeccable attention to detail

Custom welding, buffing, fiberglass, aluminum and steel work, some light carbon fiber molding, painting 

Inspecting every inch of my work

Had to back out for family reasons. Working on finishing degree now.
