Bradlee Roffers, a Director and Independent Stylist with Stella & Dot, is a native of Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey. In 1995, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management and Conservation Biology from Colorado State University, and in 2001, she received a degree in culinary arts from The Institute of Culinary Education in New York. Prior to her current position, Bradlee Roffers served at Bloomberg L.P. from 1998 to 2001 and at Clear Channel Communications from 2000 to 2009, where she held the position of National Sales Manager. In addition to working as a Stylist with Stella & Dot, which includes motivational speaking engagements, Bradlee Roffers is a mother of two school-age children, Stella and Eloise. Stella & Dot is the perfect opportunity for the career-minded mother seeking to get paid for the effort that she puts into her career while being her own boss and having the flexibility to be available for her family. Bradlee Roffers holds the philosophy that today’s savvy women aren’t just capable of having it all; they deserve it all. Bradlee Roffers also devotes her time to a nonprofit concept of her own creation: Kids With Give, a program to educate children about philanthropy. Kids With Give has been named one of the top 50 semifinalists for the American Express’ Members Project. This contest, supported by a board including Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Dr. Jane Goodall, and Ellen DeGeneres, seeks to find “the next big idea for our world.” Bradlee Roffers plans for Kids With Give to connect youngsters to charities that match their interests and to help them recognize the importance of philanthropy and charitable giving. By empowering kids to fund charities from their own savings, Bradlee Roffers hopes to help them experience the joy of assisting others.
