This role has the responsibility of providing all levels of support for aspects of the I.T infrastructure

Responsible for the operating, support and upgrade of application servers/software and user environment (7 Sites, 150 servers, 1000+ Endpoints, 3000+ users,100+ key applications,)

Design and implementation of MOE/SOE.

Provide expertise and support within projects.

Liaising with the business both for operational and strategic purposes.

Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and standards.

Mentor and provide support to current team members as well as members of the Service Desk.

Provide ad-hoc user training/documentation and presentations.

Be committed to development of self and others.

Implemented key change and processes in service desk to better improve information capture and call resolution.

Manage vendor and support relationships.

Manage application/service migration, upgrade and proof of concepts.

Migration of physical server to virtual servers. (P2V)

Management of mobility devices (Apple iPhone, iPad. Blackberry and Android)

Provide Executive support, Out of Hours maintenance and On Call support
