In sales leadership I have proven ability to lead large teams through the delivery of transformation of sales channels, partner ecosystems, partner programs, sales teams and sales processes. Transitioning sales channels and sales teams from product sales to solution selling and implementing solution sales methodologies.
A strong believer that the right sales process exists to turn prospects into customers in the most efficient way and ensure that all parties get the results they need. Our sales process must be aligned to the way our customers buy.
I am currently Senior General Manager/Head of Sales at Canon Australia. Our sales teams cover all segments from Major Enterprise & Government to SMB, selling a mix of offerings from simple hardware and software products through to complex multi-million dollar solutions including managed services, business process automation and outsourcing.
I have been responsible for success across a range of industries and technologies; building teams, driving new business, managing P&L and developing go to market strategy. More importantly I have implemented and executed the change program to ensure the strategic objective is realised.
My experience includes leadership roles in Infrastructure & Enterprise Software, ICT Infrastructure, Telecommunications and Managed Services and Outsourcing with global brands including Canon, Microsoft, Lenovo and Telstra.
