Multi Channel Technologist


As a MC Technologist, I'm responsible for the technical side of the various channels that are part of GSK's HCP engagement project (e-mail, webinar, portal). Leading the project in which the portal is continuously improved. Defining and measuring online performance through an extensive set of locally and globally defined KPIs. Also acting as the local Veeva administrator. In this role I'm responsible for managing Veeva CRM in the Netherlands, defining and loading MC cycle plans and training on the performance management reporting tool Qlikview.

TENN Business Solutions is the exclusive dealer of Thinx Project Management software, which is used by various communication agencies in the Netherlands & Belgium. I am responsible for the marketing & sales activities.




6GMOBILE is (actually was) a tech startup with a patented method for reducing international roaming costs for mobile. Their technique could reduce these costs by more then 50%. During my internship I was responsible for helping them select the best solution for their billing & online customer support system. In 2009 (as a client of SCORE) I've developed & marketed a consumer product for them with the name Tringg ( It was the first Dutch mobile plan that offered unlimited calling & texting, with over 25.000 subscriptions in one year.



ING Ops & IT

My internship was at the mortgages department of ING. I've helped them with implementing a data warehouse that enabled them to reduce costs during the process of starting a new mortgage.

During my studies, I've worked for the Belastingdienst (if you can't beat them, join them!) as a call agent. My responsibilities were answering various (income) tax related questions to consumers.
