Prior to that I was VP R&D & Chief Architect with Incurrent Solutions (now ORCC). At Incurrent I was responsible for development of the CardSite platform and the subsequent rearchitecture and migration of the platform to .Net as the new InSite product line. Interim VP Engineering & Chief Architect

As the Interim VP Engineering & Chief Architect with Lumeta Corporation, Bob introduced new processes that helped bring the completely rearchitected IPsonar 4.0 product to market. The introduction of this product was partly responsible for increasing revenues over the prior year. Bob introduced several processes to enhance the development process; making it more efficient and predictable. He introduced Agile Development utilizing the Scrum methodology to allow for more numerous small releases; reducing time to market for new features. He also introduced an enhanced Requirements Analysis & Management process for better understanding of new features. Finally, he introduced project tracking and planning process for greater visibility into project status and delivery dates. Together these processes allowed Lumeta to deliver 4 major releases and 5 maintenance releases during 2008.
