Law and Investment firm specialised in investment schemes, particularly international property projects. Annual billing : €1.4m.

  • Added a financial services suite to the firm’s corporate clients offering, thus creating new invoicing avenues. Included in these services were investment due diligence, multi million euros fund raising through banks.
  • Set-up small and targeted land and property investment deals, including landmark buildings in Paris and London. (Examples of such sourced deals include a GBP110 m offer on a landmark building in London, a EUR682 m offer on commercial centres in Cataluña, a EUR180 m offer on a landmark building in Paris, a EUR45 m on a commercial centre in San Sebastian. In addition, we were involved at all levels (including government level) as part of the first development of the Programme Azur in Morocco and planning the construction of 10,000 residential and commercial units. We represented the investors/developers of the first and largest eco tourism project on the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico (500 hectares project for 3,000 units) as well as, but to a lesser extent, the investors/developers of the future tallest office and residential building in South America (Los Faros de Panama, Panama City)).
  • Actively participated in incrementing business and billing with existing corporate clients.
  • Managed change and growth in sales and employees.

Commercial Foreign Exchange and asset finance broker. Publicly traded company on the AIM market in London (now renamed Baydonhill Plc).

Turnover : €650m.

  • Develop business from scratch in both B2C and B2B. This meant creating leads using all marketing tools available at hand, more often than not with no proper marketing budget as most newly formed businesses.
  • Implementation of all procedures (broking, sales, back office, payments). From the company’s inception, all broking and sales procedures have been implemented from in house knowledge and pro-active research.
  • Head of sales from inception taking sales from nothing to GBP200m a year in year 2.
  • Head of new financial products. Taking ideas to real life, from initial chartflow and drawings to market launch. Two of which products were later copied and launched by competitors.
