To Whom It May Concern:
It is my honor to offer my recommendation of employment for Brett Peters. Having worked with Brett for three years while he was the Engineering Manager at Magna, I have first hand knowledge of his strong work ethic and commitment to the success of his employer.
My experience in working with Brett was very positive and I always considered him a very competent and successful Manager. Aside from his strong project management skills, organization skills and coaching skills I believe his most valuable attribute was his commitment to team success.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding my experience in working with Brett.

Story board presented to Management
Dan and I worked together for almost two years. He influenced me by helping me realize there are always options to any issue or concern. I learned much of my "never be satisfied" attitude from him.
When we started working together, Mike showed me that Multiplex had been losing money on almost every new program. We worked together to improve the company position on new programs.
Tracy and I worked together at Multiplex where we were successful in reducing the number of repeat quality concerns and internal defects.
