Technology & Service Solutions, Inc. is a Manufacturers' Representative firm providing sales and marketing services to its principals in a manner consistent with their strategies and behaving just as if we were a direct employee. We will understand their guiding vision, mission, goals and objectives and exceed their expectations by executing better, faster and more professionally.


To provide sales and marketing services to manufacturers and service providers that will help them achieve their objectives in the markets we serve by focusing on value creation in the end customer's businesses.

Joined Triad to open their Cincinnati branch, held positions of Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Chief Operating Officer where I was responsible for Sales, Marketing and Operations for 8 locations.


  • Lead sales, operational and technology integration of two companies that were acquired which grew the company by 40%.
  • Lead organic growth of 36% after acquisition 2002.
  • PioneeredTriad's Lean Enterprise efforts.
  • Lead the implementation of Activant Prophet 21 ERP system.
  • Improved gross margin by 2% by leading the implementation of Strategic Pricing.
  • Implemented QSI quality system and Smoothstone IP telephony system.
  • Personally designed, developed and implemented new e-Commerce B2B/B2C web site.

  • Also performed the duties of Hydraulic Systems Engineer by completing Parker's 5 week Hydraulic Application Engineering training program.  Trained by Jack L. Johnson of MSOE.

A very strategic thinker that challenges individuals with innovative and forward looking ideas to build an interdependent team.  In nearly every aspect of management, I strongly believe in carefully setting expectations and holding groups and individuals accountable.
